Braised tofu with spinach

Serves: 4 people Difficulty ': Easy Preparation time: 25 minutes INGREDIENTS 500g. tofu 6 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 piece fresh ginger 750g. 2 tablespoons of spinach ketjap Manis (sweetened soy sauce) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds ------------------------ - PROCEDURE Drain tofu on paper towels and cut into 2cm cubes.

Heat up a frying wok over high heat, pour two tablespoons of good olive oil and anoint the bottom. Fry the tofu for 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches a slightly brownish color, then drain on paper towels. Wash the spinach, squeeze and chop coarsely. Peel and chop the garlic, grated ginger.

Heat the remaining oil in wok and fry garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add spinach, ketjap Manis, soy sauce and a tablespoon of water. Mix thoroughly, then add the tofu and continue stirring until the spinach are wilted. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately accompanied with white rice.
